Yource and PostNL announce today that a purchase agreement has been signed for the acquisition of Cendris by Yource. The transaction, no financial details of which have been disclosed, is expected to be completed in early 2021.
With 3.000 employees at more than 10 locations, Cendris is a specialist in the field of customer contact. Cendris works for a wide variety of clients and leading brands, including PostNL.
Robin Jansen, CEO Yource: "The acquisition of Cendris is the next step in realising scale, strengthening our possibilities for further growth and technological development. We welcome the employees of Cendris to Yource, and are pleased with the extra added value and expertise they contribute for our customers."
Initially, Cendris will continue to operate in the market under its own name. Only in the course of 2021 will it continue as a single brand under the name Yource. "For us, this is a great opportunity to bring so many talents and knowledge together in one organisation. The further development of our employees will remain one of the most important spearheads," according to Robin Jansen.
